Flavors of India – Wednesdays Beginning August 4th
In addition to the new summer menu, The Restaurant will also feature “Flavors of India“, every Wednesday night from 7pm to 11pm. Every two months, a world-renowned Indian Chef will host the dinner to present an authentic four-course menu. Three choices will be offered per course, beginning with traditional “Cachumbar Pachadi”, a Salad of Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Yogurt Tamarind, along with a basket of Indian snacks and breads. The menu will conclude with a glass of homemade Chai Tea and Petit Fours, and is priced at USD60 per person.

Dim Sum and Champagne Fridays – Fridays Beginning August 13th
In celebration of its Fifth Anniversary celebration, The Restaurant will present a special Dim Sum and Champagne menu every Friday from 7pm to midnight. Every other month, the Setai will also invite a specialty Dim Sum Master Chef to host and prepare an exclusive menu, along with Chef Wright’s impressive array of specialty dishes. Comprised of eight plates of signature Dim Sum and new refined additions, the menu will be priced USD75 per person, with the option to choose an extended Chef’s Tasting Menu and wine parings.
